Meet Michelle

Words are my life and my livelihood. I started journaling at the age of 12 during a tough family time, and it became my therapy and a form of prayer–though I didn’t have language for it at the time. Now, with 65 journals filled with my life’s ups and downs, I’ve learned to hear my own voice clearly and make necessary changes to grow and thrive.

Journaling has been the backbone of my career, helping me become a bestselling author and successful educational consultant. Journaling keeps me grounded, inspired, and focused on what matters most.

In 2021, I created a small, faith-based women’s group that continues to meet. Seeing the profound impact of these sessions, I began facilitating workshops in various settings, helping others harness the power of journaling.

As an professional development facilitator, I’ve trained thousands of leaders in writing and teaching techniques. Now, I bring that expertise to the wellness space, leading practical workshops that inspire and empower participants to integrate wellness into their work lives. Through Write@Work, I aim to help you and your teams foster a healthier, more balanced, and productive work environment. Let’s write our way to wellness together!

Testimonials

“The best part for me was the actual writing. I rarely make the opportunity to truly reflect on how I’m doing and analyze what my heart is rehearsing.”

“The flower of the agenda went well and the interactions were much-needed.”

“It was uninterrupted, intentional time that I ordinarily would not have set aside for myelf.”
